Company formation
EOS Luxembourg can help you set up your Luxembourg structure.

- Liaises with the professionals you need to facilitate the incorporation process (lawyers, tax advisors, auditors);
- Drafts the articles of association and powers of attorney required for company incorporation;
- Organises the opening of bank accounts;
- Liaises with the notary for the drafting of the incorporation deed;
- Registers the company with the VAT authorities, social security authorities, the Central Bank, and others, as required;

Domiciliation

- Makes a registered office available in Luxembourg City;
- Transfers mail to the designated director;

- Prepares and files your tax returns regarding income tax, municipal business tax and wealth tax;
- Prepares and files your other tax returns, such as those related to dividend withholding tax and directors’ fees;
- Registers the company for VAT (Value Added Tax);
- Prepares and files your company’s annual and periodic VAT returns;
- Follows up with the tax authorities regarding filed tax returns and relevant communications on tax;
- Works with your tax advisors.
Administrative services
