Company formation
EOS Luxembourg can help you set up your Luxembourg structure.

  • Registers the company for VAT (Value Added Tax);
  • Prepares and files your company’s annual and periodic VAT returns;
  • Follows up with the tax authorities regarding filed tax returns and relevant communications on tax;
